THERMOGARD OPTION
A real energy saver in the home! "Thermogard" will save energy through better heating and cooling as a result of air retention year round.
Inside the plywood door panel a ¾" thick glass isocyanurate foam plastic sandwiched between 1.5 mil aluminum foil facers, having an R value (aged) of 6.

FIREGARD OPTION
The fire retardant plywood door panel is chemically treated to provide slower ignition, low flame spread, lower smoke production, and has self extinguishing features (burning ceases when ignition source is removed or exhausted.) Class A, or 1, pressure treated plywood is approved by building codes throughout the US for specific applications within fire resistant buildings as an equal alternative to non-combustible construction.

Stairway sections, treads, and frame of nominal size 1x4 Southern Yellow Pine. Treads have 10½" rise. Molded wood handrail. "A" grade door panel, completely framed for added rigidity. Steel rods under each tread binding each section. Concealed main hinge. Adjustable spring tension. Completely assembled and ready to install.
